Yeah i really want to know how to do that................
but yeah to the point:

We need to work as a team more and start communicating a lot. The last few games we played against Team ODST and all were good, but when it came down to the good teams.............it all went down hill. So, with that being said I am about to tell you guys the game plan I came up with when me and kyle was talking.

Alright so here is the deal:
1) In the start of the game the tanks will go up first, which are private and Fiver.
2) When they go in they either have to bring the ball back, or kill everyone and wait for either me or Knd to take the ball.
3) If the tanks kill everyone and we have a clear entrance, we rush them in straight forward.
4) When the bomb runner has the bomb, one tank stays in front of the runner and one stays in the back. The 3rd tank will then kill everyone else around the other players. This will ensure the safety of the ball.
5) DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPENINGS!!
6) Only spread out when told to do so, otherwise everyone stays in a group.
7) Private is the ultimate sword tank and will be the person who keeps her eyes on the bomb runner while everyone else deals with the runners tanks.

BY THE WAY!!! Give it up for our new member Phsycho who will sub for anyone who is absent. He is on my friends list by the way, not on the website. And I knew him for a long time......for like a year or 2.

Ok, so I havent really been doing alot lately cause of my schedule and all with band and all that has to do with music...................so..............I am going to need a co-captain.

At first I really didnt want one cause I thought I could handle it on my own. But since KndKid has been looking out for me and all I would proudly liek to say that he is now my co-captian of the team .

He has been acting more like the leader then I am, but he shall never take my spot..........maybe.............so he is like my eyes and ears when i am absent on weekdays. So yeah thank you Kndkid for all your hard work and also the rest of my team cause you guys have been sweating tears and all that lately as well.
But just remember: do not go crazy with power or it will bring an end to you. and this goes for everyone. That is one of the main reasons why I would only need to be the leader but i guess i need a back up plan. If anything happens to me like i am in the hospital............Knd will be the one to guide you guys

Well thank you for the position I am honored. I know now how everything works so hopefully there arent any problems if the time comes where you are unable to make a game or something.

I think as a team we should discuss your In-Game Plan of Action, so maybe we could make adjustments to get the top performance and to better understand what is going on. Practice would be best, so I suggest everyone put availability for this week before Friday so, as a team, were can set up a scheduled and get in that practice.

For the issue that happened the last game is in the past, I understand how upset everyone got. The game we lost, we had little communication and well not much practice together since the season started. The league wont stop for us so we have to keep moving forward, never backward. We are a team, so lets get out there this week, get some good practice, and go into our games with confidence. If you can get on by yourself, anything helps.

I would like to address several issues.
First, I feel that it isn't right to say that Team ODST isn't a good team. Every team has room for growth and improvement, and every team has good qualities and strengths.
Second, I feel that the most productive way for our team to grow is to make plans together so that we can collectively give input and come up with stronger strategies that everyone agrees with. I also feel that the addition of a fifth team member and the creation of a co-captain position are things that should be discussed amongst all four of us, as a team.
Third, I realize that we have had poor communication as a team, which has been hindering our potential. We are not unified as a team, and I feel that we should speak openly and honestly together, as a group, to solve our problems. I also feel that part of the problem is coming from a lack of empathy from several members of our team. Exchanging harsh words has never solved problems for anyone; keep in mind that those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. I agree with Sam's last comment; in this case, skating over our problem is not the best way to address this issue.
I hope that we can all reach an agreement. This team has quite a bit of potential, and I would hate to see any of its members leave for any reason, especially a reason as preventable as this.

Your right Squirrel about the 5th member and the Co-Captain position. I am Resigning the position of Co-Captain so that we, As A Team, can decide who gets that spot. I shouldn't have accepted it so easy, and I thought of not accepting it, but it got to the better of me, sorry about that.. As for the 5th member, well its done and we cant do much about it know but Again, we should have discussed that As A Team. Now about the plan, like Squirrel said and I mentioned, also as a Team.

Ok then we need to talk about all this later on on monday or now on the forum and on that night yes we did say a few things.................*moment of silence* and team work is the key since we are musically entwined so yeah lets do this. The 5th member isnt really a member yet. He is a good friend of mine that loves grifball as much as we do. So yeah and it looks like ima have alot of hate and problems for the past several weeks...however its a price to pay for doing things like this. By the way....... I just filled out the thing so yeah we are all set!

As I live in New Mexico, I don't get home from school until roughly 6:00 eastern and I may have something at 8:00 eastern. Thursdays are really the only days that I never have anything that contradicts team practice.

Well I guess we gotta have a talk, all 4 of us. We need to settle the game plan.
Also keep this in mind. This is grifball, so have fun. We also gotta do warm ups before our friday game. Agree or disagree guys?
