OFFICIAL RULES

1. Pick one number from 1-100.
2. Send your number via PM to oObeX or post it on this thread.
3. Do not PM oObeX or post with more than one number.
4. Members will reserve their number(s). No duplicate numbers are allowed.
5. Draws will take place on the first day of each month* at 9pm Eastern Time.
6. Your number must be submitted before 9pm Eastern Time on the night before the draw.
7. A post will be made on this thread with the numbers selected by the random sequence generator.
8. The random sequence generator will randomly select each number once from 1-100.
9. The first member's number to be appear on the list wins.
10. Xbox Live Tokens will be given to Xbox Live gamertags.
11. There must be a minimum of 20 participants for each draw.
12. No duplicate accounts are allowed.
13. You will be disqualified for not following the rules.
14. Earn bonus numbers for participating in special events†.
* draws will only take place if a prize is available.

A random draw will happen and if your number is first to pop-up on the list before numbers for other members - you win!
With the random sequence generator it will select all 100 numbers but in random order. The first member's number to be appear on the list wins.

Click here for an example of what one draw might look like (Note this is only an example because numbers are generated randomly per refresh). First, I use this page to confirm the settings for the draw.

Thanks to everyone who's picked a number so far.

PS: Kal will be locking the old thread soon. I requested the old thread to be locked because of its confusing "compromises" in the rules. The new rules for this current lotto are sound. Think of it as drawing one number at a time from a hat until someone's number is picked!
