I don't mind hoping in for a game or two, no.
It's only minor tweaks, nothing major.
Just send me an invite/message on LIVE when you're on and ready. I may not be online, but it'll give me a notification on my computer so I should be there shortly after you send it. :)

Here's what I tweaked:

Gametype:
-Added loadouts so you can spawn with Sword first like in other Grifball variants. (I always spawn Sword first so that's why I mentioned it last night.)
(Was actually thinking of suggesting Unlimited Sprint, but after testing it I said no because it would be too easy to just Sprint across the court and no one would use the Mongoose.)

Map:
- Increased the bomb plant radius so that it covers the entire end zone including height wise. (Originally it was possible to potentially fly into the endzone while still within the safe zones and not score. And yes, I have seen a Mongoose fly that high.)
- Added Tin Cups to the sides of the endzones to denote where they are. (I know I was confused at first why people were scoring so easily. By Tin Cups, I'm referring to the flags on them, you can't see the actual hole part of the Tin Cup.)
- Placed a Ramp XL in a hole that was left open. (For some reason, on the Blue side I believe, there was a hole. I placed a ramp there to match the others and fill the hole.)

Those are the only things that I felt needed to be changed. Like I said, not much but enough that it would make it easier on newcomers to the game. :)

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, that version was one that I was working on to make the sides not soo harsh on the eyes, but I got invited to the party before I could finish.

Loadouts, completely forgot about those after the party, thank you for reminding me of that, and tin cups? Not such a bad idea. I know exactly where to place them.

Like I said, I've already got all that stuff done for you, so you don't have to go do it yourself.
We can just load it up and you can pull it from the local files and tweak it any other way you want.
Unless you want to just make the changes yourself, that's up to you. ;)

I took a look yesterday at the new map and it looks nice and clean. Although the safe zones could be raised a little bit higher perhaps. And I can't remember if Zero used soft-safe or safe zones, but I would recommend soft-safe zones.

2 soft safe zones, right ontop of eachother. 1 to encompass the play area, and another to get the area above it without touching the sides and all the way to the invisible barrier.

Nice. I really liked the new look. Have you changed any of the game settings too?
I believe Grifgoose should be put into Matchmaking, whatever the playlist may be.

Game settings are now somewhat current with IGL standards. Only the damage settings and ball carrier traits though. I just had to get the flaming feet effect.

Alrighty guys! I just talked with PMSNightOwl today and we have planned the Grifgoose Tourney! It shall be on February 25th, @6pm Est! Reason for the such wait is to get it promoted a little more...
The Tourney Will be Co-Hosted by The PMS Halo Division, once again we will invite those from Halo Community (formerly HaloCharts), Waypoint/343,ReadyUpLive,RoosterTeeth, and of course Grifballhub is invited!

Um Zero quick question, why the heck in the new Grifgoose game type are there Golf Clubs and not hammers? Its Grifgoose not Grifgolf just saying.

Is there a difference in hammers and golf clubs?

I prefer hammers, don't know why. The seem more deadly.

Golf clubs are funny. Bungie really has got a silly side.

Yes as golf clubs may be funny, Grifgoose was my creation and is a grifball variant so hammers is what are sopposed to be used, not Golf clubs. I don't want to see Grifgoose with Golf Clubs in matchmaking.... and Benny after February's Tourney I'd be glad to help you set up a Monthly Grifgoose Tourney.
