Do you know who your division ambassador is? If so, send them a PM on the Hub or message via XBL. If you don't, click the Division link at the top of the page (under the GGL) tab and locate your team and division number.

You can then click here to see who is the ambassador for your division.

Your ambassador should be able to answer your question and provide you with further support. If you have not heard from your ambassador in about 48 hours, feel free to PM me.
