It's come to my attention that Hellhound have been using a court, "The Backburner", that does not meet the league specifications and is an illegal court to use. This court is now allowed to be used in the EUGBL for any game. This is a warning and if this map continues to be used or any map that does not meet the league rules then teams may be punished. Thank you.

Do you mean this map is not* allowed instead of now allowed?

Nearly, just the last bit of the playoffs left.

That was not allowed, valid maps only. Unlike the GGL only valid maps are allowed, even if both teams agree.

So you can use maps approved approved by the GGL?

What's the problem with it?

Not all maps confirmed by the GGL are also exceptable for the EUGBL only maps that meet the "Bloody Grifball" specification and as you can escape The Backburner this is unacceptable.

Just so we all know it is a teams own responsibility to make sure a court is valid for use in the EUGBL. Any court that a team is found to be using which is found to be invalid may also be reprimanded if the court is found to not fit the specification. If you want to know if a court is valid for use then contact me or one of the league admins and we shall check it out if we have the time and get back to you.
