I thought it would be a good idea to create a thread for prospective commisioners to put forward their ideas and positions for their election campaigns.

Other Candidates feel free to put their arguments forward and league members can ask candidates questions.

Introduction
I should probably mention who I am, to many I am better known as asdadogs/Ash.
I've been around the league for a few years despite some absence in the last few months, technically making me a league veteran, though not quite as much time as Mr Teague.


Why I'm running
Honestly, to be an alternative and a minor incovienience to Yoda. Now that I see Johnny running, god save us all.

Things I'd change

Division All-star game at the end of seasons - A little idea where the statistically best players from each division form a divisional team to play each other.

A few rule changes to reduce FF's, but these would be discussed with community before implimented.

Grif-Line technology

Things I'd retain

Current league system (two divisons) - It's working.
Current stats/highlights staff and styles - It's also working. (sort of)

To sum up, I'm power-mad and running because I can.

I like that idea, sounds good! :}

I know full well that I won't get elected but I'd like that idea to be poached by whoever wins.

Actually really liking this idea. This could be a chance for teams to experience the playing styles of other players from other teams from a first hand perspective.

I like the all star match idea, though it's based on stats would it be a basis of them picked down to the stats alone or would it be a voting system so there's a list of players, per position (similar to that of the Ballon d'or) & team captains/players (from respective divisions) vote for that all star team?

Also, It's good to see a lot of experienced players running for this.

The oldest people running save Muffin are ash and Jonny/shadowknight (ffs). So being around for a long time is not necessarily an advantage

ANYWAY; that all-star game idea, if it's based on stats alone, it's just going to be JSG and TI players (more than likely).

I reckon it should be a legacy match with the classic players, maybe even on H3
