Good to see this starting up again. Looking forward to finishing the series with ~ 5 points. But where do we go if we want to race scorpions too?

What happens if you cannot show up to every race night?

If I could neuter the cannon to make it not fire we would have some lolz turtle races. But maybe a one off Tourney down the road?



You don't win races and don't score points. that's it. You only score points for the races you do, so if you only do 2 races and win both you will have 40 points at the end of the season. Other than that nothing happens.

Just an idea, but since you're doing a single race night you might want to include time trials as a way to receive points for the week. Just pick a map, everyone gets a week to try to get a time in, then they submit their times with a Bnet link. And you can give points to the top 10 or so times. This is so that if you can't make it for the Wednesday time, then you can at least still get some points.

I already have plans for some similar events in the future, right now I just want to get this going with people racing people instead of the clock.

Glad to see some interest for this. Rally and me have been working at building the racetracks. Looking forward to seeing everyone's thoughts on the maps, as well as leaving everyone in the dust on them. Lol Just kidding.

Are we going to be posting the map for the week's race ahead of time so people can have some practice on them before the actual race? I think it would be a good idea.

Is there any possibility of pushing the time back, if just a little? I have to work until 4pst, so even if I get out on time, I can't participate. How about one hour later?

that's very possible, but maybe just 30 minutes, I know Jet and Alex both want to take part and it's already late for them. Can you be on by 430pst?

If I get out from work on time, I can make that. We are going to be under a tight deadline at work over the next couple months, so I won't know if I can leave on time until it's time to leave; you won't get much advance notice from me, just 10-20 minutes before the match.

I support starting on the 27th. I have a dentist appointment on the 20th so I wouldn't make it. Other than that, everything sounds perfect.

In the coming 3 - 4 weeks we should be able to play but afterwards not even Wednesdays will work.
