Pretty far ahead of time for the most part. At least 2-3 months, if not more, ahead of time. It's definitely a good idea to buy your pass as soon as you possibly can once they go on sale. 3 day passes sell out ridiculously fast.

PAX is the Penny Arcade Expo and is basically a video game convention. I've never been myself seeing as I've never been from America but I've heard about it enough and I know there will probably be a big horde of Grifballer there again this time.

Lol. Yeah, that was pretty funny along with his cone hammer jumping. We're going to have to see if we can come up with 5 new challenges, counting the backwards barrel roll of course.

PAX East schedule is up.

I have to say I'm rather disappointed. There's only 2 panels I'm interested in other than my own. Oh well, I guess that leaves more time for the show floor and hanging out.

No 343 at PAX. Maybe we'll get to see what Halo 4 looks like a couple weeks before it releases, if we're lucky.

I'm still holding out hope. I remember one PAX where Bungie wasn't on the list but ended up joining on about 2 weeks before. Although David Ellis did tweet that he wouldn't be at PAX East "for a good reason."

Just because they don't have a panel doesn't mean they won't be there. They could still possibly be on the show floor, and like Goose said, they may get added as it closer to PAX. Only time will tell. Hopefully there will at least be some kind of showing from 343 there.

Jess is supposed to be on my panel, but she hasn't even heard if she can go yet...

In other news, I'm looking into swag. Found a pretty sweet deal on wristbands and tattoos.

I'm definitely going one year, just not anytime soon. AtomicHawx, you could always go to MCM expo, that's the closest thing to PAX we have here in Britain.
