Not to mention Jules, boss got suspended in the AGLA for post-game chat.

I've seen enough drama back in my day so could everyone talking about cheating, bandwagons and other nonsense move your comments to private messages please.

On topic I do believe that BL will move on after their game with ZL but this match will be a close 4-4 with ActiveHate being clutch and killing the bomb carrier near his plant for the final score.

Now I believe the championship games will be intense With Lake greats coming out with the first loss and then coming back and winning the next two games.

And so the Lamb has spoken.

AGLA WL12 is complete. BL won their second game against ZL and advanced to face LG in the championship. LG took the first game 5-4, BL fought back with a 9-0. Came down to game 3, with Lake Greats pulling down a 7-2 win. Might try to get some sort of article up tomorrow, but there's also a decent chance of mass effect so I'm not certain.

Bracket: http://agla.challonge.com/wl12

In other news, applications are open for some positions for next season: http://grifball.info/sl-2012-elections and will remain open until Saturday. Then voting will start (from that same page) and run for another week.

Let me know if you need any map work done prior to the March 31 file share blackout.

We don't need any on-court map adjustments. But before the blackout happens, I think it'd be beneficial to tag the maps/files with something unique/official so if necessary, people can do a fairly simple search from within reach and still get to everything. "agla" is already on a bunch of random stuff. Currently thinking something like "officialAGLA", but am not sold on that yet; I'd like it to be shorter so people don't need to select many letters with the xbox controller.

The Ship was absolutely amazing last night with some intense moments in all 3 games. Game 1 was a close 4-4 in which Lake Greats narrowly beat us. We proceeded to sub in Denny for Shadow and beat them 9-0 in the 2nd game. However the last game was 7-2 due to Denny prematurely quitting after 5-1.

Regardless of who won or lost they were probably some of the best Grifball games I've played to date. Congratulations Lake Greats!

I would suggest something like "q agla". I was thinking of using "0" but many people spam files with "000mlg iz awsm" and other phrases with zeros. Starting the tag with an odd letter like Q, Y, or Z and then adding AGLA might be good. Starting with or using an odd letter or one of the last letters in the alphabet to put into the tag, I think, would prevent little kids and imposters using the same tag because it will be more down the list and the tag itself would look strange :)

The first game was a 30 minute game and it felt like our teams were evenly matched. However each team dominated the other in the last 2 games. It was short and sweet...definitely a lot of highlights in there.

2 things this time - first, the deadline for leadership applications is just about here (at the end of the day today, Saturday). If you were procrastinating, cut that shit out and go fill something out: http://grifball.info/sl-2012-elections

Second, in preparation for when 343 shuts down the API, I've updated the game reporting page. The switch is slightly less terrible than I thought it would be - I put a link that'll take you right to your game history where you can pick the right game, or if you weren't there but are still reporting your game, there's a search box you can use to check out the game history of a teammate who did play in the game and you can get the game link from there. Stuff was working when I was trying it out, but other people are often better at making things fail. Especially active. So check it out, and let me know if you have ideas to make it more intuitive/simple.

Game reporting is disconnected, so you're free to submit random games to check if the site can get the right information from the link and nothing will be stored anywhere. You just go to a page that shows most of the information found from the link/form and some of the errors that might've come up.
