So yeah, in regards to these player awards... I've decided on how they're going to work.

Each captain, gets to choose two players for each category;

Player of the Season;
Rookie of the Season;
Team of the Season (Going off the basis of 1 Carrier, 2 Tanks and 1 Hybrid (If you can't think of a Hybrid, choose 3 tanks));

However, although they get to choose two of each, both of them can't be from their own team (At least one has to be from another team).

So, I'll be expecting votes from; Myself, Linxx182, Messiah Muffin, Strangler 999, Rollo 93, Teaguey222, AwareMosquito, Steelwing158, MallardQuakson, BUFF BE CRAZII, MaxPOWERS 316, JhonnyRAMBO, MetalKarima, Insane Wookie33 and HybridDragon051.

P.S. You can only vote for players/teams in your own division (ALSO, if you can remind a captain that this award system exists, 'cause I would like to get as many votes as possible... However, I don't talk to all of the captains )

As me, from a completely unbiased view, would I be allowed to nominate myself for any of these? Also, would bigbellychimp and dawzy boi count as rookies?

It depends what system is used. If it is the 0-2 seasons of any competition then I am unsure if dawzy would be counted as I'm not sure of how many seasons he has been left out for but I know chimp wouldn't count.

Likewise if it's a first season of EUGBL Grifball award then chimp also wouldn't be counted as he played for us last season but dawzy would be.

Also in my habit of giving people long titles Danny (Hardcore Crab) is the EUGBL Head of Stats and Awards for this season, even though I will of course be butting my rather large nose into the equation

I keep forgetting bigbellychimp played for us last season.

when can we vote? and do we have to vote twice?
I would prefer to just vote once for each of the criteria.

@hardcore crab if that's the basis that we muct go on, would it be possible to get the stats emailed to me as I'm unsure who the rookies are, sorry for that.

@Strangler - You can vote as many times as you want (Between 1 & 2 though) I'd prefer if you chose two though, so it isn't lacking a vote from you.

Well basically, you choose who you want to vote for based off of what I said up there... Message me on here with the results and i'll add them to the statistics. Whoever has the most votes for each category... Wins.

Just out of interest, do teams with 2 captains get 2 votes? I could see some players getting nominated more often because they have 2 captains, if its going to be a popularity contest like someone earlier suggested.

I'm just worried I won't get fully acknowledged as the greatest grifballer of all time, s'why I had to check.

Seeing as we're heading into the post-season very shortly, I thought I'd post this again.

I'd post but we haven't played any games in ages now. Hopefully we'll get some played tonight, I may have to resort to pulling up people from the farm teams. Not like we haven't had to pull up anybody we can find before
