Do we have the site done yet or what? I've got all the time needed to add stuff to the site whenever it's going to be done.

I haven't had a chance to talk to Pringles this week, I will most likely talk to him tomorrow as with you Zero.

Well we have had a little staff change I wanted to update you guys on. Rollo93 or as listed on the Hub as Ben, has resigned as the IGL's Public Relations Admin. We thank him for his time serving us since December. Germanicus1994 has since taken the role of PR Admin here at the IGL. So if you want to plan a playdate with us contact Germanicus1994. Thank you guys and we should have more news soon regarding the IGL/HC Grifgoose Tourney!

Why did Ben step down? It's not like there was much to do yet and I was looking forward to the very well done articles and advertisements to get newcomers to our league.

Yes, we are, we've just been on hiatus since we don't have a website even though it's supposed to be done by now.

Yeah, we are still here and we have no plans on leaving. Now the website situation I've tried getting a hold of Pringles haven't had any luck. So here is what I'm thinking. If the site isn't done we could ask Camper if we could get our own league section like the EUGBL did.

As for Ben stepping down I was surprised, but John will do a fine job.

I'm deeply sorry for all who have been wanting another IGL Season but for some reason MrPringles24 will not respond back to me -_- I messaged him when he was online today, but no reply. I'm trying to get us running again. I'm happy to once again announce our Grifgoose Tournament with HaloCommuntity.com on the 15th of June!

I think I may try and get a team together for that, it sounds like fun. And if it's any consolation, the GGL isn't doing anything right now either. Which you know. And no offense to GGL admins of course.

Well we would've just finished the Spring League around the end of last month if we had it. I'm hoping to get the IGL SML2012 going by the beginning of July.

(From MasterSundown at Halocommunity.com)

Grifgoose Tournament Recap
"A great afternoon (and evening for some) played host to our latest tournament. This time we played Grifgoose, a gametype created by Vetteking from the IGL. There was some intense action and some hilarious betrayals, but at the end one team rose victorious! On behalf of HaloCommunity, I congratulate our champions, Death By Mongoose! They defeated every single team, only forfeiting two points over seven games, for a total of 33 points.

Coming in a close second was Spartans with Hats, putting up 28 points, and holding an impressive 6-1 record, only losing to our champions! Wonderful run everybody, better luck next time!

Each member of the winning team will be getting their prizes, as promised, 1600 MS points to each of the winning members from Death By Mongoose:

Crusader0102
TrueFlyingCow
NOPLEX
Light5aber
Jedi Hunter
a man canon

I have to send out one honorable mention to the members of Vector Line, who lost one of their teammates after the second match. Rather than give up, they decided to play the rest of the tournament 3 v. 4... And while noble, they actually managed to pull a third round victory over Fire Ferrets 5-1. Congratulations guys, maybe next time you can have a fourth teammate, and take a stab at the title!

Thank you to everyone for coming out and playing today, and remember to stay tuned to HaloCommunity for your tournament fix!"

From Me
Thank you all who participated and don't forget to thank the Staff at HC for hosting the tournament, setting it up, and donating the prizes. We hope you all had a great night and will join us again soon. See ya on the Goose Field real soon!
