I told you guys it was a good idea to keep your team name. Now you're down in matchmaking history for having a home court in the Grifball playlist.

I'm gonna have to be devil's advocate on this map. There a nasty framerate bug on the back walls/jump wall, makes it difficult to focus. Also, you know there are more building pieces than brace larges, right? oh, and what is with the random banks on top? they really don't add any aesthetic value IMO.

Okay, the map was made for a Australian Grifball team. Federation Square is a tourist land mark in Australia. Googe image search it, the map is based on it, including the banks.

1) I was asked to build the map for a team.
2) The bug only exists as far as I know if you and your team mates let too many dead bodies pile up there ;)
3) Not much I can do about the distance issue with Platform Y's even though the issue clears up when you're 3/4 of the way to the opposite wall.
4) If it's really that much of an issue, it can just as well be fixed.
5) You try and find me a piece that's more pleasing to the eye while covering a large area.
6) You're only playing Devils Advocate with this map because it's my map and it's my 3rd one in Matchmaking.

@ Curry: To tell you the truth, I did no research on this, the window coliseum banks at the top were something I thought of to add a bit of uniqueness to the map.

I'm just gonna respond accordingly.
1) Cool story.
2) No, the disappearing glitch happens then, but there is a framerate drop from your average 28 to 23 on that map. It's really buggy IMO.
3) You can replace it.
4) ...Then fix it? Don't submit something broken to matchmaking.
5) Two problems with this. 1] The brace Large isn't exactly amazing for aesthetics. 2] That's the problem I have with your forging style. You look for pieces to cover large areas, rather than find pieces to fit the needed areas. Sure, there are reasons why less pieces are better, but there are many a reason why more is not worse.
6) If only I was that petty. If you haven't forgotten, I too am a forger. I don't care who made it, I judge maps without bias strictly based on aesthetics and performance. You map fails in both. It just so happens it is your map. Take criticism for once, and build a FUNCTIONAL map, that doesn't look like every other one of your creations. Be original for once.

Alright, enough. We all have our forging styles, there's no need to criticize one another on it.
Zero, there was no need to call Sundown out.
Sundown, there was no need for you to call Zero out.

Everyone is welcome to criticize these maps, that is why we have these forums. When it stops being about the maps and more about the creators, that's when the discussion needs to end.

If you two still have problems with each other, take it to PMs. Keep it out of this forum.

@Sev
While that image is meant to be humorous and it's in-line with the discussion, it was not needed.
