Only a few companies offer a decent upload speed of at least 5+ Mbps in Canada :(. Hopefully more companies increase the upload cap (without totally throttling the speed either). It may take a few years though...

I dare you all to go to your router settings and limit your download/upload speeds to what mine are and play a couple pickups games and see how you like it. If you go positive I'd be thoroughly impressed. You can always change your settings back so don't be afraid.

my heavily throttled FIOS ... it's usually a 50/50 with a 2-4ms ping ... checking out the effect of lag compensation on Modern Warfare 3 tonight - quite interesting!
